At Opus Art Supplies, we want you to be fully inspired by your purchase. If a product does not meet your creative standards, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Opus

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
