Masterpiece Monet Pro Mono Lake Pre-Stretched Canvas (Raw 6.9oz Belgian Linen)

The Monet™ Pro series features a 1-1/2" deep professional stretcher constructed using Masterpiece’s proprietary MuseumWrap™ back-stapled stretching system, producing exceptional surface tension and long-term structural stability.

This canvas is stretched on solid Ponderosa Pine or Fir using pneumatically controlled machines engineered by Masterpiece to achieve drum-tight tension—up to 50% tighter than standard methods. Corners are folded, not cut, allowing the canvas to be removed and re-stretched on the same frame if needed.

The Mono Lake™ raw Belgian linen is unprimed, medium-weight, and finely woven—designed for artists who prefer to prepare their own ground or work directly on raw fabric. Natural linen oils help resist degradation over time, making this surface exceptionally durable and archival when properly prepared.
